Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Julia first discovered Yoga while she was working in an office job, which she didn’t like, looking for something to compensate for her stressful everyday life. In the beginning the fast paced Yoga was like a sport for her, but after a couple of classes she realized that something deep inside her started to happen and shift, which was the beginning of Julia’s yoga journey. She decided to quit her job and went on a solo travel through South East Asia, doing a yoga teacher training on the island of gods – Bali.

Over the years Julia developed her own and unique Yoga style based on Vinyasa Flow, which she combines intuitively with elements of Yin & Power Yoga. Meditation and pranayama are an important part of her classes and she loves to integrate parts of Yoga philosophy. Her purpose is to motivate her students to live yoga off the mat, as well as to show them how yoga can lead them to their own purpose their DHARMA, because that’s what Yoga did to her.

Julia wrote the book “Yoga & Juliet – Lebe deine Träume, hör auf dein Herz und finde mit Yoga den Weg zu dir selbst”.

She is based in Vienna and runs Yoga Retreats all over the world.
