Parvati Yoga
Berlin, Germany

Lorna Neuber has been practicing yoga since 1995, and teaching in Berlin since 2005. She qualified as a BDY/EYU teacher in 2011.

She has sampled teachers from a wide range of yoga traditions: Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vini, Iyengar, Bihar, as well as other Tantric schools, and has distilled her personal style from these eclectic influences.

Adapting yoga to the individual is the tenet at the heart of her teaching.

She has developed special classes for pregnant women, mums who have just given birth, and elderly people. She teaches yoga to support people in feeling good about themselves, and to navigate this crazy journey called life with compassion, and a chuckle.

Lorna teaches groups and privates, leads retreats and trainings

Lorna published her first book, „Restorative Yoga – Ruhe und Kraft durch Entspannung“, in 2019.
