Magda Torres has been practicing yoga since 2001. Since then, she senses, she has been able develop herself positively on many levels again and again. Today, she wishes to pass her experience on to others.

She has been a certified yoga instructor since 2012. Throughout the years, Magda came in contact with many different yoga styles – Ashtanga, Anusara, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Iyengar and Jivamukti – that she now passes on to her students as Simply Yoga. Magda’s approach in her own practice and as a teacher is experienced in life, pragmatic and free of judgement and criticism. Her classes are characterised by a healthy sense of humour and a focus on simplicity. Whereas it is also important to her that students don’t follow her blindly: They should explore their bodies and their inside – after all, what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for someone else.

As a yoga teacher, Magda mainly wants one thing: to provide an impetus – for consciousness, personal responsibility and positive change.

Morning Practice: Moving Meditation

Join Magda for this morning class incorporating yoga and mindfulness in a Moving Meditation. In a slow motion, with a focus on the breath, gently and with awareness, we will move our bodies to infuse them with energy and prepare them for the day.
