My name is Marcel Clementi and I am traveling the world teaching Yoga.

In my classes I focus on a healthy and happy way of living.

Breath awareness, mindfulness and different asanas will help you to build strength & flexibility – on and off the mat.

I am born and raised in the beautiful city Innsbruck, Austria.

A happy and healthy lifestyle has always been very important for me so I turned my passion to my profession.

I did a 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training and a 300h Multistyle Teacher Training (Hatha, Vinysa, Yin) in India and a TTC with Bryan Kest in Power Yoga.

I practice daily to learn more about Yoga, Meditation and Well-Being and started traveling to teach retreats, classes & workshops around the world

Apart from beautiful flows I want to offer knowledge (alignment, anatomy) in combination with mindfulness and awareness, to deepen the connection to body, mind and breath, using words and quotes to inspire people to live yoga on and off the mat.

In this workshop we will focus on arm balancing poses and handstands, to bring your practice to the next level!

Correct alignment of plank and chaturanga, the positioning of your hands, flexibility, strength and mobility are the key to all arm balancing poses.

Find your way into crow pose, different variations and other arm balancing poses.

With various drills and the correct alignment you will be on the best path to finally manage handstand and make it part of your practice.
