About the Trainers:

Anastasia Shevchenko is the founder and the managing director behind the Berlin Yoga Conference and is an advanced Ashtanga Yoga Practitioner. She has been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching for the past 7. Anastasia is a proponent of an authentic yoga experience for self-healing and self-transformation. Her special interest lies in the creation of bridges between yoga, philosophy, science, art, and spirituality. Anastasia holds RYT 200 Certification, has completed 2 Ashtanga Yoga Intensives, and has a history of attendance of Vipassana and Mindfulness Meditation retreats.

Nica Agapova is the founder and the managing director of Yoagna Yoga Studio in Duisburg, Germany. She has been practicing for 20 years and teaching for the past 10. Nica developed and teaches an approach to yoga, by means of which you can quickly develop body sensitivity, connect your body and mind, the body and the emotions, and live a brighter and more satisfying life. Nica is also the founder of YogaCycling and Bailkalsee Yoga Reise. Nica holds a RYT500 Certification and is a long-term researcher and practitioner of Buddhism Studies.

Certification:

This YTT is Yoga Alliance Certified, which means that you will be an internationally recognized Certified Yoga Teacher.

Mentorship Program Available:

All participants of the YTT will qualify to apply for a 6 month Mentorship program with Anastasia. Only one person will be chosen! This program includes: 6 X 1H In-person/Per-Skype Coaching Sessions, 3 X 30 minute tasks that could include going over a resume, website, social media profiles for feedback, 3 occasions of assisting Anastasia during a yoga session or a workshop with feedback afterwards, and one opportunity of teaching yoga under Anastasia’s supervision.
